Brisas del Lago offers a great vacation condo rental, offering 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, Kitchen, Living and Terrace. The condo is fully equipped with air conditioning, fans, refrigerator, stove, and even the TV and Internet connections ready to be used. There is a green areas, an open air pool, club house and a rancho that provides great places for relaxation. The lake can be easily accessed as the property borders the waterfront and reachable through a unique tunnel.

Location

Hidden between the vast continents of North and South America lies a strip of fertile, tropical land known as Central America composing seven countries out of which Nicaragua is the largest yet least well known. The Brisas del Lago community is situated right on the shore of Nicaragua´s largest lake, Lake Nicaragua or Lake Cocibolca. This freshwater lake provides great possibilities for swimming, kayaking, boating, windsurfing, and other watersports. The first construction works of Brisas del Lago started in March 2007, and the first condos were completed in March 2008 and the owners are now enjoying being the first residents of Brisas Del Lago.
